PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid jet device which conveniently performs adjustment of parallelism between a record surface of a recording medium and a head surface provided with liquid discharging nozzles, and of parallelism between a nozzle array and a movement direction of the recording medium.SOLUTION: A liquid jet device (an inkjet recording device) includes: a head part 20 which discharges liquid (ink); a guide shaft 40 extending in a first direction (an X-axis direction) to support the head part 20 so as to be movable in the first direction; a support position moving part 50 which moves at least either one of two support positions supporting the guide shaft 40 from mutually separated positions at an interval longer than the length of the head part 20 in the first direction; and a relative displacement part which moves relative positions of a recording medium 10 on which the liquid is discharged and the head part 20, in a second direction crossing the first direction.
