<p>An apparatus for making anti-counterfeit labels by online adding fibers and covering films and a method for making anti-counterfeit labels by online adding fibers and covering films. The apparatus for making anti-counterfeit labels comprises a winding and unwinding mechanism (10, 20), a printing mechanism (30), a marking mechanism (40), a fiber laying apparatus (50) and a film covering apparatus (60). The fiber laying apparatus (50) has a fiber carrier layer input and output port, and a silk screen drum (51) is arranged on a fiber carrier layer. The film covering apparatus (60) comprises a film putting shaft and a pair of rollers (62) running relative to each other and laminating films with the fiber carrier layer. The fiber laying apparatus and the film covering apparatus are arranged on the process line to complete a whole set of processes at one step, so that harmful volatile matters are avoided from being generated by applying a nontoxic and harmless film covering mode, and density of fallen fibers is controlled by means of unique rotating speed of the fiber laying apparatus and the number of meshes, so that the defect of difficulty in control on fiber distribution density in original processes is overcome.</p> |
