PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To search for a suitable comparison object as a reference for gripping a trend of a reference object, on the basis of a reply result of an inquiry.SOLUTION: When a computer 1 for inquiry result analysis, during a reference object tendency indicating a fluctuation tendency of a ratio of a reference object reaction monitor who has replied a positive reaction to the reference object, identifies a first fluctuation pattern in a designated period. During a comparison object tendency indicating a fluctuation tendency of a ratio of a comparison object reaction monitor who replied positive reaction to the comparison object, the computer compares a second pattern in a comparison period including inquiry implementation periods equal to that in the designation period with the first pattern to evaluate a similarity degree between both patterns. The computer compares the comparison object reaction monitor ratio for each category in the second pattern satisfying a predetermined condition in the similarity degree with the reference object reaction monitor ratio for each reply category to question related to monitor attribute, for each inquiry complementation period to evaluate a coincidence degree between both monitor ratios, and creates data for displaying information according to the coincidence degree. |
