<p>A high-voltage discharge system for removing scum is disclosed. The high-voltage discharge system for removing scum, according to one embodiment of the present invention, comprises: a reaction tank for storing cooling water or waste water; a high-voltage discharge generation device which includes a discharge tube of which at least a part thereof is submerged into the cooling water or waste water, and which generates a high-voltage discharge in a discharge space inside the discharge tube when an external voltage is applied; a scum discharge tube which is connected to the inside of the reaction tank and discharges scum generated on the water surface of the cooling water or waste water to the outside of the reaction tank by the high-voltage discharge; and a scum removal container, which has space of a predetermined size in which the scum that has passed through the scum discharge tube collides with each other and is removed, and which has a scum removal plate for removing the scum by colliding with the scum disposed at one side thereof.</p> |
