The present invention relates to a method and an apparatus for receiving a visible light signal. The method comprises the following steps: a control camera, as a light signal receiver, collecting a group of continuous images covering a transmit source, the transmit source sending a visible light signal; and acquiring, from the group of continuous images, the visible light signal sent by the transmit source. In the present invention, a visible light signal is received by using a camera, which implements a visible light communications function of various devices or systems without increasing and modifying hardware. |
