PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide under-converter cleaning equipment using a structure simpler than the conventional one.SOLUTION: Provided is under-converter cleaning equipment 1 that removes waste under a converter, including: a cleaning carriage 3; a molten metal flowing-out prevention groove 2; and a slope part 5 formed so as to be titled from a ground level GL toward the groove bottom of the molten metal flowing-out prevention groove 2. The cleaning carriage 3 includes: a carriage body 7; a scraper 8 rotatably pivoted along a direction W orthogonal in a planar view to the progression direction T; and a stopper 15 provided at the part lower than the pivoted part 12 of the scraper 8 and limiting the rotation of the scraper 8. The groove corresponding part 8 of the scraper 8 has a shape capable of extruding the waste in the molten metal flowing-out prevention groove along the progression direction T together with the progression of the carriage body 7 in a state where the rotation of the scraper 8 is limited by the stopper 15, and the lower face of the scraper 8 is fitted with a wheel passing through the slope part 5 upon the running of the carriage body 7.
