PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a charge/discharge management system capable of ensuring a target battery life while saving an electricity cost.SOLUTION: A charge/discharge management system (40) for an on-vehicle battery (12) comprises: target battery life setting means (42) for setting a target battery life of the on-vehicle battery on the basis of input of a user; surplus power calculation means (44) which acquires capacity information on the on-vehicle battery, life information on the on-vehicle battery, and power use information on a vehicle, and calculates surplus power capable of being supplied from the on-vehicle battery to a house power system in a period of the set target battery life; charge/discharge pattern calculation means (46) which acquires power use information on the house power system and information on a power rate for each time zone, and calculates a charge/discharge pattern of the on-vehicle battery so that the surplus power is distributed to time zones preferentially from a time zone having a high power rate; and charge/discharge control means (48) for performing control of charging/discharging the on-vehicle battery according to the calculated charge/discharge pattern. |
