PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of synchronizing an internal phase that can solve problems which occur when synchronizing the internal phase with a centralized monitoring method or a master-slave method in a power system in which a plurality of decentralized power supplies are connected in parallel.SOLUTION: A control circuit 3 that controls an inverter circuit 2 of a decentralized power supply A is provided with an internal phase generation unit 31 that generates an internal phase &thetas;used for control and a communication unit 34 that communicates with at least one of other decentralized power supplies A. The communication unit 34 transmits the internal phase &thetas;generated by the internal phase generation unit 31 to the other decentralized power supply A. The internal phase generation unit 31 generates an internal phase &thetas;by making use of an arithmetic operation result ubased on the generated internal phase &thetas;and the internal phase &thetas;of the other decentralized power supply A that is received by the communication unit 34. This process is carried out on each decentralized power supply A, whereby the internal phases &thetas;of each decentralized power supply A converge to the same value.
