PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a file containing a confidential document or the like transmitted as an attached file from being opened at a wrong destination.SOLUTION: When an electronic mail attached with a file containing a confidential document or the like is transmitted from an information processing apparatus 2 (transmission side) to an information processing apparatus 3 (reception side), the file containing the confidential document or the like is encrypted based on a name of a safety transmission folder 13 which the information processing apparatus 2(transmission side) has, and an archive file is generated by attaching a restoration program, and then, it is attached to the electronic mail to be transmitted to the information processing apparatus 3 (reception side). At the information processing apparatus 3 (reception side) that receives the electronic mail attached with the archive file, the archive file is stored in a safety reception folder 14. When the restoration program of the archive file is executed, a decryption key is generated based on the name of the safety reception folder 14, for restoring the encrypted file containing the security document or the like. |
