METHOD FOR THE RECYCLING OF PLASTICS PRODUCTS A method of treating of a multilayer article comprising at least one layer of a first plastics material and at least one layer of a second plastics material is provided. The method comprising the steps of (a) physically separating the first material from the second material through shearing action and application of heat, and (b) sorting the first material from the second material.
