PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processor capable of recommending a user an appropriate content to the user while considering viewing time.SOLUTION: The information processor includes: an acquisition section that acquires a piece of behavior history information relevant to behaviors of a user and a piece of preference information relevant to preference of the user; a selection section that selects contents by using the behavior history information and the preference information acquired by the acquisition section; an adjustment section that makes a group of plural contents selected by the selection section and adjusts the time of the respective contents included in the group so as to be included in a predetermined time frame; and a creation section that creates a table with information of the respective contents adjusted by the adjustment section. The information processor is applicable to video recorders.
