<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To display traffic congestion information for every area precisely.SOLUTION: The traffic congestion information display system of the invention is a traffic congestion information display system for displaying traffic congestion display information of area unit on the basis of traffic congestion information for every link included in each area, and the system comprises: input means for inputting a departure place and a destination; acquisition means for acquiring traffic congestion information for every link; calculation means for calculating first direction information indicating directionality to the destination from the departure place and second direction information indicating directionality of the link for every link; correction means for correcting the traffic congestion information acquired by the acquisition means for every link according to direction difference of the first and second direction information; and creation means for creating traffic congestion display information of area unit on the basis of the traffic congestion information for every link corrected by the correction means.</p> |
