<p>The present invention relates to a thin film which is environment-friendly by comprising plant biomass and has thickness and physical properties identical with conventional thin films. According to an aspect, provided is the thin film comprising 93-97 wt% of polyethylene (PE); 1-3 wt% of wheat husk, 0.1-0.3 wt% of starch, 0.05-0.15 wt% of plasticizer, 1-3 wt% of filler, 0.25-0.75 wt% of wax, 0.05-0.15 wt% of lubricant, and 0.2-0.4 wt% of extra additive based on 100 wt% of the total film. According to the other aspect of the present invention, a method for manufacturing the thin film comprises: a first step of preparing biomass additive pellets comprising biomass raw materials including the wheat husk and starch; a second step of mixing the biomass additive pellets comprising the biomass raw material pellets which include the wheat husk with PE; a third step of inputting the mixture of the second step into an extruder; a fourth step of fusing the inputs at 180-200°C; and a fifth step of extruding the melter of the fourth step into a tube form.</p> |
