<p>The present invention relates to an automation system for controlling an intelligent casting process, which is capable of performing situation recognition and providing a voice service in real time by using wire and wireless communication and an application in a casting process. The automation system comprises: a terminal of a work orderer receiving and transmitting the input of information, receiving the situation information of a field worker, and providing the situation information to the work orderer; a terminal of the field worker receiving the information on the casting process and the treatment process, and receiving and transmitting the information on the current casting process; an intelligent casting process control automation server storing and managing the information on the casting process transmitted from the terminal of the work orderer, judging the information on the casting process and treatment process, transmitting the information to a corresponding terminal of a field worker, updating the situation information about the field worker in accordance with the information of the casting production process transmitted to the terminal of the field worker, and transmitting the updated current situation information about the field worker to the terminal of the work orderer; and a database storing the information on the casting process transmitted from the intelligent casting process control automation server, and upgrading the current situation information about the field worker corresponding the information on a casting production situation transmitted from the intelligent casting process automation server.</p> |
