<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform time authentication of stream data to ensure originality and verify authenticity, thereby providing legal admissibility of evidence. <P>SOLUTION: An electronic signature data management device 1a comprises: a data buffering processing unit 14 which extracts stream data by a predetermined data constitution unit and generates composite data 200 from the pieces of predetermined extracted data; a Hash generation unit 15 which generates a Hash 300 of the composite data 200; a Hash transmission processing unit 16 which transmits the Hash 300 to a TSA 2a; a token reception processing unit 17 which receives a token 400 to the Hash 300, from the TSA 2a; an electronic signature data generation processing unit 18 which combines the composite data 200, the Hash 300, and the token 400 to generate electronic signature data 500; and a storage device 19 for storing the electronic signature data 500. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
