<p>A sleeve for supporting a roller for transporting materials in a furnace for the hot press forming comprises: a cylindrical tubular external casing which is a cylindrical tubular member having the same internal diameter as the external diameter of the roller and having an opened one side in order to be inserted in the circumference of the roller and which has a shaft part to be rotatably coupled on a bearing in a closed side; an internal casing which is a cylindrical tubular member with a closed one side having the same external diameter as the internal diameter of the roller and having the internal diameter to be getting gradually narrow as getting closer to the opposite side from the roller side, on which is a plurality of slits are extended in the axial direction of the roller from the opened side along the circumference in a predetermined interval, and which is inserted to the external casing by opening the end of the roller between the outer periphery and the external casing; a truncated cone portion having the outer periphery contacted with one side of an inner circumference surface of the inner casing and an axial length which is shorter than that of the axial length of the inclined inner periphery of the inner casing; and a screw portion which is extended to the outside of the shaft part of the external casing by penetrating a hole formed on the external casing and a fastening force controlling element from a truncated cone and is mounted with a screw thread connected in screw hole formed on the shaft part, wherein the fastening force controlling element is configured to control the power of which the outer periphery of the internal casing pressurizes the end of the roller toward the external casing according to a change in the relative position of the internal casing of the truncated cone portion in the axial direction of the roller.</p> |
