The present invention relates to a variable roll forming unit. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the variable roll forming unit comprises: a base which is arranged on both sides symmetrically around a central line of a process direction in order to roll-form materials arranged in at least three layers and supplied in the process direction into a beam having an irregular cross section of which width and length are different, has an aperture portion which is connected to an internal space portion on each upper side, and has a rail in the width direction of the process on both upper sides of the aperture portion; a forward and backward moving element in which each slide plate slides along the rail on the base in the width direction of the process by the drive of a cylinder; a turning element in which a turn table rotates with a certain angle by using rotatory power of a turning motor at an upper portion of the slide plate; and a roll forming element which variably roll-forms the supplied materials by changing the location of the width direction of the process and the angle of the process direction by the forward and backward moving element while upper and lower forming rolls installed in an upper roll housing and a lower roll housing rotate by the drive of a motor on the turn table. |
