摘要 The present invention relates to an automatic boiler cost managing system using a smartphone application which automatically manages the temperature or a room such that, when a consumer inputs a desired amount and basic information, a central server interlocks with an amount processing system, a weather processing system, and a management processing system in order to operate a boiler of the consumer in accordance to the amount inputted. The automatic boiler cost managing system comprises: a smartphone application which receives input of a residential area, a square meter of a residential space, a boiler operation time, and user′s boiler costs; a boiler which is a heat source to heat the residential space; a room controller connected with the boiler, and installed in the inner wall surface of the residential space; and a central server connected with the room controller through a wireless Wi-Fi communication, receives the current temperature, boiler status information, and cumulative calories from the room controller, transmits the operating cycle and operating intensity of the boiler to the room controller, receives the residential area, the square meter of a residential space, the boiler operation time, and the boiler costs from the smartphone application, and transmits the calories used in the boiler, the number of additional control, and the predicted boiler costs to the smartphone application. In addition, when the central server transmits the operating cycle and operating intensity of the boiler to the room controller in accordance to the desired boiler costs during the boiler operation time through the smartphone application, the room controller controls the boiler.
