<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inverter integral driving device with improved assemblability. <P>SOLUTION: A bus bar connection part 16 of an inverter integral driving device includes a terminal block 40 in which respective phase connection bearing surfaces 42, 44 connected to terminals of respective phase coils pulled out from a rotary electric machine are arranged and respective phase bus bars 26 which have one end on respective phase terminal sides of an inverter circuit and whose other ends extend toward the respective phase connection bearing surfaces of the terminal block. The respective phase connection bearing surfaces 42, 44 of the terminal block 40 have a prescribed sharp inclination angle. The respective bus bars 26 vertically extend toward the terminal block 40 from the inverter circuit and then have an other-end-side shape which bends in an L shape tailored to the inclination angles of the respective phase connection bearing surfaces of the terminal block 40. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
