<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a notification respectively issued for a plurality of operations from being left unapplied to the operations. <P>SOLUTION: A specification section 1c receives information specifying any of a work item among a plurality of the work items included in any of a plurality of operations respectively commissioned by a plurality of consignors and then specifies discrimination information corresponding to the specified work item from a work item storage section 1a where the discrimination information of the operations which include each work item of the plurality of the operations is associated with each of the plurality of work items.
