<p>The present invention relates to a light emitting device including an organic-inorganic hybrid light emitting layer to emit light having high brightness at a low voltage. The light emitting device includes: a first electrode and a second electrode facing each other; a light emitting layer formed between the first electrode and the second electrode by a light emitting material, to emit light by a hole, and an electron injected from the first electrode and the second electrode; a hole transport layer formed between the first electrode and the light emitting layer to transport the hole injected from the first electrode to the light emitting layer; and an electron transport layer formed between the second electrode and the light emitting layer to transport the electron to the light emitting layer from the second electrode. The light emitting layer includes a sandwich structure where the light emitting layer makes contact with an organic light emitting layer on both surfaces of an inorganic thin film. The present invention allows an electron injected when applying a low voltage to stabilize a structure of the light emitting layer to emit a brighter light by inserting the inorganic thin film between the organic light emitting layers. The present invention may further improve power efficiency of an organic light emitting device by significantly increasing the light emitting efficiency. Furthermore, since the organic-inorganic hybrid light emitting device may use a method of manufacturing a structure of an organic light emitting device in accordance to the related art, a light emitting device with improved light emitting efficiency at low costs may be manufactured.</p> |
