PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inkjet recording method which is excellent in the cohesiveness and the curability of a photocuring water-soluble ink composition, suppresses the generation of printing spots, and has uniformly high printing density.SOLUTION: The inkjet recording method includes: a coating process of applying a flocculating liquid that at least contains a flocculant, a water-soluble organic solvent, saccharides, and water on a recording medium; a discharge process of discharging the aqueous photocuring ink composition that at least contains a coloring agent, an amphipathic photopolymerizable compound, a photopolymerization initiator, a polar solvent, and water, from a recording head so that the ink composition impacts the recording medium after the coating process; and a curing process of curing the aqueous photocuring ink composition after the discharge process by the irradiation of light. |
