<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotary electric machine capable of suppressing the consumption amount of resin for forming a housing, and a method of manufacturing a rotary electric machine assembly. <P>SOLUTION: In a housing 2 of the rotary electric machine and a rotary electric machine assembly, a rotor 6 supported so as to rotate about an axis X, and a stator 7 disposed on an outer peripheral side of the rotor 6 are installed. The stator 7 is provided with an annular outside core 8, and an inside core 9 press-fitted and fixed to an inner peripheral portion of the outside core 8 while wound by a coil 10.
