<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system which provides a user establishing a telephone call with information through WEB. <P>SOLUTION: In a telephone system of the invention, a user terminal making a call with a center device comprises: information browsing control means for acquiring address information by inquiring the center device of the address information of contents, when the user terminal detects a disconnection state of voice communication means for performing voice communication with the center device; and information browsing means for displaying the contents based on the address information. The center device comprises: address information storage means for storing, on a user-by-user basis, the address information of the contents to be provided for a user according to contents of the call made between voice communication means at the center side and the user terminal; and address information management control means for retrieving the address information of the contents to be provided for the user from the address information storage means and giving the retrieved address information to the information browsing control means, when an inquiry is received from the information browsing control means. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
