<p>The device (700) has first and second parts (701, 702) with connection units e.g. head (709), slots (704a, 704b), truncated cone shape head and circular section slot (711) to connect the parts with a furring and another furring (F2), respectively. A third part (703) includes a fixation unit for fixing the third part to the second part. The first part and the third part has an obtaining unit to obtain the sliding of the first part with respect to the third part and the translation immobilization of the first and third parts according to an angular position to adjust spacing between furrings.
