<p>The swimming-pool cover, which is of the roller-blind type, incorporates a winding shaft for the blind, sited outside the pool, coupled to a drive unit. The edge of the pool (1) adjacent to the winding shaft (5) is made in the shape of a water overflow edge (4). There is a water supply device (7, 8), which can be switched on and off with the drive, and this is designed in such a way that when switched on it causes water to flow over the overflow edge into the pool. This edge may adjoin a tank (2) with the water supply device opening into it. This device may be in the form of a magnet valve (8), attached to a compressed water duct, or it may be a pump connected to the pool, the filter pump being usable for this purpose. There are no restrictions on the setting of the shaft relative to the water surface, while the layout is simple and prevents unintentional unrolling.</p> |
