<p>PURPOSE: An exercise device is provided, which can stably maintain a fixing installation state and be moved easily with less power by a one-touch operation. CONSTITUTION: An exercise device comprises: elevation and swinging device parts(20,30) which are driven to the up, down, left, and right by a user's manipulation; a fixed frame(110) which stably supports the elevation and swinging device part from the floor side of the installation space and in which a plurality of legs for earthing are equipped; a plurality of feed rollers(121) arranged in the bottom surface while being separated from the fixed frame; and a mode change device part(130).</p> |
