There are provided a primary synchronization channel generation unit (50) generating a primary synchronization channel according to base station apparatus information, a secondary synchronization channel generation unit (51) generating a secondary synchronization channel composed of a combination of a first signal and a second signal according to the base station apparatus information, a first scrambling code generation unit (52) generating a first scrambling code to be multiplied with the secondary synchronization channel according to the primary synchronization channel, and a second scrambling code generation unit (53) generating a second scrambling code to be multiplied with the second signal according to the first signal.</p>
