The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing Sulze containing gelatin of duck feet. According to the present invention, duck feet which by-products of a duck are utilized as foods so that processing costs of by-products can be reduced and environmental pollution can be prevented. Also, added value is created by supplying protein of high quality and providing collagen foods of novel materials and forms. The present invention satisfies needs of consumers with diet foods having low fat and calorie, and nutritional foods for the old and the infirm who have impoverished digestive functions by containing much gelatin extracted from duck feet, and can be easily took without reheating. |
