PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display device having a good image quality and excellent in mixing effect of the light of a backlight module.SOLUTION: The display device of the present invention includes: a light source having a light exit side; a partition plate arranged at a light emission side of the light source and having a plurality of light transmission holes; and a display panel having a light entrance bottom face facing the partition plate and installed on a side opposite to the light source of the partition plate. A first region and a second region are available on the light incidence bottom face. The partition plate is formed with a first projection area and a second projection area, respectively, by projecting a first area and a second area. A first average pitch and a second average pitch different from the first average pitch are available between the first area and the first projection area and between the second area and the second projection area. When the first average pitch is longer than the second average pitch, the average hole pitch of the plurality of light transmission holes within the first projection area is longer than the average hole pitch of the plurality of light transmission holes within the second projection area. |
