<p>The present invention relates to a shifting apparatus for an automated manual transmission (AMT) which accurately recognizes and sets up a neutral position of a shifting finger in a relatively short time, and can recognize the neutral position even when a vehicle is being operated; and to a control method thereof. According to the present invention, the shifting apparatus for an AMT comprises: a shifting finger; a sensing guide; and a controller configured to recognize the neutral position by detecting a displacement of a selection direction of the shifting finger.</p> |
