PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a scratch-resistant resin laminate which is disposed on the viewing side of an image display device, is used on a surface protection panel, and is excellent in surface hardness and scratch resistance and the warpage of which, after placed under high-temperature and high-humidity conditions, is suppressed.SOLUTION: The scratch-resistant resin laminate is obtained by forming at least three layers in this order, which layers comprise: a resin layer C to be based on a thermoplastic resin composition c; another resin layer A to be based on an acrylic resin a having 110°C or higher glass transition temperature; and a different resin layer B to be formed from a curable resin composition b. The thickness of the resin layer B is within 5-20 μm, the overall thickness of the scratch-resistant resin laminate is within 0.5-1.5 mm, a difference between the average linear expansion rate of the resin layer C and that of the resin layer A is within 30 ppm/K and another different between the average humidity expansion rate of the resin layer C and that of the resin layer A is within 200 ppm/%RH. The scratch-resistant resin laminate satisfies a relationship shown by the inequality:(E/E)×(h/(h×h))≤1.0×10(in which h is the thickness of the specified resin layer or the laminate; E is the tensile elasticity of the specified resin layer). |
