摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat exchanger Al member having a structure in which fine paths having a path cross section area of less than 0.2 mmthat are difficult to produce by the usual extrusion fabrication, can advantageously be formed by a fluxless brazing method industrially, and also to provide a method that can advantageously produce the heat exchanger Al member.SOLUTION: A brazed product 14 for heat exchanger having fine paths 16, formed therein, surrounded by a groove 4 and an Al core member 6, is obtained by laminating an Al plate member 2 having grooves 4, formed thereon, for forming a path having a groove cross section area of 0.2 mmor less, and a brazing sheet 10 obtained by integrally forming, to the Al core member 6, a layer of brazing material 8 comprising an Al alloy brazing-filler containing a predetermined amount of Si as well as a specific amount of at least any one of the alloy components of Li, Be, Ba, Ca, and Mg, at a predetermined thickness; and by heat-brazing therewith without using flux, to join the Al core member 6 to the Al plate member 2.</p>
