PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique where limited angle rotation of at least 160 degrees is obtained by providing an arcuate inner-end face on each tip of projecting yokes of a stator and making an annular magnet, which is a rotor, produce magnetization in the diameter direction.SOLUTION: A Pachinko ball launcher using a rotary solenoid of this invention is configured as follows: first and second inner end faces (9a, 9b) which are arcuate are formed on the inner ends of first and second projecting yokes (9, 10); a rotor (6) produces magnetization in the diameter direction; first magnetic flux (&phgr;) produced by coil current of each coil (12, 13) of each projecting yoke (9, 10) is set to be larger than second magnetic flux (&phgr;) produced by the rotor (6); and the rotor (6) rotates by at least 160 degrees. |
