PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light-emitting device capable of inhibiting color unevenness.SOLUTION: A light-emitting device 100 includes: a light-emitting element 20 disposed on a substrate 10; and a resin member 30 which surrounds the lateral side of the light-emitting element 20 and has a top part 31 at a position higher than an emission surface 20S of the light-emitting element 20. The resin member 30 includes a light reflection member. An insulation layer 40 covers an outer wall surface 30S and an inner wall surface 30T which include the emission surface 20S of the light-emitting element 20 and the top part 31 of the resin member 30. A phosphor layer 50 covers a surface of the insulation layer 40. |
