PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simulate and execute a gesture operation with a touch for which a quick operation is required with respect to an accurate orbit.SOLUTION: A user interface simulation device includes: a touch input part 1 for accepting a touch input; a touch input control part 2 for controlling an output destination of data indicating the accepted touch input; a touch data storage part 3 for dividing data indicating the touch input output by the touch input control part 2 into touch orbit data and touch speed data, and for storing the divided data; a touch data edition part 4 for setting the value of the stored touch speed data; a touch data reproduction part 5 for outputting data indicating the touch input constituted of the touch speed data whose value has been set and the stored touch orbit data; and a GUI simulation part 6 for simulating a GUI on the basis of the data indicating the touch input from the touch input control part 2 or the touch data reproduction part 5.
