PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flash memory capable of achieving shorter activation time by setting a page address from which data is to be read at a time of activation.SOLUTION: A flash memory includes: a configuration register 240 that sets a page address from which data is read first at a time of activation; and a controller 150 that reads the page address from the configuration register 240 at the time of activation, that transfers corresponding page data from the configuration register 240 to a page buffer 170, and that executes an internal sequence of outputting the page data from the page buffer 170. |
