<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hook latching device which can prevent a wire rope from coming off from a crane hook due to a puzzle ring phenomenon, and has excellent workability.SOLUTION: In order to prevent a wire rope 3 slung on a crane hook 2 from coming off, a hook latching device 1 comprises: a latch 7 in which its upper end is provided rotatably at a base part 5 of a latch port 4 side of the crane hook 2, and which is biased by a spring in such a way that its lower end comes in contact with a tip inside part 6 of the crane hook 2; and a hook tip cover 9 provided at the latch 7 slidably in a longitudinal direction and rotatably, which overlaps the latch 7 when stored and covers a hook tip portion 8 when deployed.</p> |
