The purpose of the present invention is to provide a pharmaceutical composition or a cosmetic composition for treating, preventing, or alleviating acne. To this end, provided is a pharmaceutical composition or a cosmetic composition including chlorin e6 which has excellent antibiotic activity against Propionibacterium acne as an active ingredient. According to the present invention, chlorin e6 is a photogem activated by the sunlight, a light bulb, etc. Accordingly, if the skin is coated with chlorin e6 and irradiated by natural light, the present invention shows effects of treating, preventing, or alleviating acne by destroying Propionibacterium acne and sebaceous gland. |
