PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air supply/exhaust device which melts snow and ice accumulating at an air supply passage inlet part with a double cylinder structure air supply/exhaust cylinder comprising an air supply/exhaust cylinder body and an air supply/exhaust cylinder top.SOLUTION: Air exhaust after combustion and air supply of air for combustion are performed from outdoors via an air supply/exhaust device 1 including an air supply/exhaust cylinder body 4 and an air supply/exhaust cylinder top 5 penetrating a through-hole 3 of a wall 2. In the double cylinder structure air supply/exhaust device 1, the air supply/exhaust cylinder body 4 and the air supply/exhaust cylinder top 5 have an air supply cylinder 9 and an air exhaust cylinder 7 of the air supply/exhaust cylinder body 4, and an air supply cylinder 15 and an air exhaust cylinder 14 of the air supply/exhaust cylinder top 5 respectively, and the air supply cylinder 9 of the air supply/exhaust cylinder body 4 and the air supply cylinder 15 of the air supply/exhaust cylinder top 5, and the air exhaust cylinder 7 of the air supply/exhaust cylinder body 4 and the air exhaust cylinder 14 of the air supply/exhaust cylinder top 5 are fitted to each other respectively. Inside the air exhaust cylinder 14 facing an air supply passage inlet part 17 between the air supply cylinder 15 outside of the air supply/exhaust cylinder top 5 and the air exhaust cylinder 14 inside of the air supply/exhaust cylinder top 5, a plurality of heat transfer fins 21 are provided protruding from an inner wall toward a central part and arranged along the flow of exhaust gas. |
