<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for improving the taste inherent to a low-alcoholic beverage made of distilled liquor diluted with water for control of alcohol concentration; and an alcoholic beverage having the taste and flavor inherent to distilled liquor, with rich flavor, reduced bitterness and alcohol sensation, and improved thickening, sweetness, richness, and taste.SOLUTION: The method for improving the taste inherent to a distilled liquor diluted with water for control of alcohol concentration includes controlling the alcohol concentration by dilution with water including indigestible dextrin. The low-alcoholic beverage having improved taste is produced by the method.</p> |
