<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To properly extract expression about which it cannot be determined whether or not the expression is defective from the expression itself.SOLUTION: An information processor includes: a defect coping operation expression dictionary holding data including expression of operation of a coping person coping with a defect of a product or an article; clause extraction means extracting data on a first clause that is a clause including at least one predicate from data of a target of processing; synonymous expression determination means extracting a set of the data of the first clause that are synonymous with each other; defect candidate extraction means extracting a second clause that is a clause of a set in which a sender of the first clause is an inquirer of the defect; operation expression matching means extracting a third clause that is a clause in which matching to the data including the expression of the operation is taken in the first clause; and defect expression determination means extracting expression of a fourth clause that is a clause in which the third clause appears inside a prescribed range in the second clause.</p> |
