<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a partial discharge measurement instrument which is capable of accurately detecting an electric signal caused by partial discharge when a voltage including at least one of an impulse wave and a square wave is applied to a measurement object as a testing voltage.SOLUTION: A partial discharge measurement instrument 1A includes a voltage generator 10, a detection circuit 20, and a filter unit 31. The voltage generator 10 applies a testing voltage HV including at least one of an impulse wave and a square wave, to a pair of measurement points P1 and P2 of a measurement object SP. The detection circuit 20 includes a capacitive element 22 and an impedance element 23 connected in series between a pair of measurement terminals 21a and 21b and outputs a potential difference Va occurring between both ends of the impedance element 23. The filter unit 31 allows a frequency component equal to or more than 105 MHz and equal to or lower than 150 MHz, which is included in the potential difference Va, to pass therethrough.</p> |
