<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multilayer ceramic capacitor, a board having the same thereon, and a manufacturing method thereof.SOLUTION: In a multilayer ceramic capacitor 100, first and second external electrodes include: first and second conductive glass layers 131, 132 formed from both longitudinal end faces to both principal faces in a thickness direction on a thickness-length cross section of a ceramic body 110; first and second conductive resin layers containing copper and an epoxy, formed on the first and second conductive glass layers, formed from both end faces to both principal faces, and having length longer than length at which the first and second conductive glass layers are formed on the first and second principal faces; and first and second insulating layers 151, 152 formed from both end faces to both principal faces to cover the first and second conductive glass layers and the first and second conductive resin layers formed on both end faces, and having length shorter than length at which the first and second conductive resin layers are formed on both principal faces.</p> |
