PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid oxide fuel battery device in which a fuel battery cell is not damaged even when an exhaust gas-collecting chamber for collecting unreacting fuel gas.SOLUTION: A solid oxide fuel battery device comprises: a plurality of fuel battery cells 16; an accommodation chamber 8 for accommodating the plurality of fuel battery cells; a fuel gas dispersion chamber 76 for dispersing and supplying fuel gas to each of the plurality of fuel battery cells; and a box-shaped exhaust gas-collecting chamber 18 formed of metallic members for gathering unreacting fuel gas from the plurality of fuel battery cells. The exhaust gas-collecting chamber includes a collecting chamber upper member 18a provided with a discharge port for discharging the unreacting fuel gas to a combustion chamber to combust the fuel gas; and a collecting chamber lower member 18b penetrating and fixing upper end parts of the plurality of fuel battery cells. The upper end part of the fuel battery cell is fixed to the collecting chamber lower member with a ceramic adhesive with heat conductivity smaller than that of the metallic member, and the fuel battery cell and the collecting chamber lower member are not contacted. |
