PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a touch panel, which is capable of manufacturing a conductive film pattern having a uniform film thickness and a highly accurate shape with high productivity.SOLUTION: The method of manufacturing a touch panel includes, in this order: a mask pattern forming step of forming a mask pattern 16 on a substrate 10 by applying and drying a resin composition containing at least one kind of resin selected from water-soluble resin and water-swelling resin; a conductive film forming step of forming a conductive film 18 on the substrate 10 having the mask pattern 16 formed thereon, by a gas phase method; and a mask pattern removal step of removing the mask pattern 16 by applying a cleaning liquid containing at least water. |
