<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cleaning blade that suppresses curling of a contact part contacting with a surface of a cleaned member, and is small in abrasion of the contact part when used.SOLUTION: A cleaning blade contacting with a surface of a cleaned member and having an elastic member eliminating a residue adhered on a surface of the cleaned member satisfies requirements of: (a) the contact part contacting with the surface of the cleaned member of the elastic member has a reformed layer including a cured product of a UV-curable composition including a (meth)acrylate compound; and (b) on a surface at an equal distance from two faces constituting the contact part, in the reformed part up to 100μm on an interior side in a contact part thickness direction from the contact part, a value standardizing a peak area ratio of S/Sto be calculated from a peak area value Sof 1162 cmobtained by a microscopic IR method and a peak area value Sof 1533 cmby a peak area ratio of S'/S' in a part other than the reformed layer is 1.5 or more and 10 and less.</p> |
