PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a driver circuit that contributes to a reduced mounting area.SOLUTION: The driver circuit includes: a first conductivity type of first MOS transistor having a source connected to a power line for supplying a first power supply; a first conductivity type of second MOS transistor cascode-connected to the first conductivity type of first MOS transistor; a second conductivity type of first MOS transistor having a source connected to a power line for supplying a second power supply; a second conductivity type of second MOS transistor cascode-connected to the second conductivity type of first MOS transistor; a first resistor connected to a gate of the first conductivity type of second MOS transistor; and a second resistor 6 connected to a gate of the second conductivity type of second MOS transistor. The driver circuit further outputs a voltage at a connection node of the first conductivity type of second MOS transistor and the second conductivity type of second MOS transistor as an output signal from an output end.
