<p>Flame retardant-nanofiller combination for thermoplastic polymers contains (A) a phosphinic salt (I) and/or a diphosphinic salt (II) and/or their polymers and (B) melamine condensation products and/or reaction products of melamine and/or melamine condensation products with (poly)phosphoric acid and/or mixtures of these and/or (C) organic intercalated foliated silicate, a nanospherical oxide or carbon nanotubes. Flame retardant-nanofiller combination for thermoplastic polymers contains (A) a phosphinic salt (I) and/or a diphosphinic salt (II) of the given formulae and/or their polymers and (B) melamine condensation products and/or reaction products of melamine and/or melamine condensation products with (poly)phosphoric acid and/or mixtures of these and/or (C) organic intercalated foliated silicate, a nanospherical oxide or carbon nanotubes.
