<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable simplification of the work and shortening of the working time to unload ceiling boards from a trailer. <P>SOLUTION: Ceiling boards P<SB POS="POST">1</SB>, ... are removed inside a tunnel and loaded in an aligned position on a lifting table 11 on a trailer 1. Upon the trailer 1 being shifted out of the tunnel, the ceiling board P<SB POS="POST">1</SB>at the rear end is unloaded with a forklift 3. The trailer 1, being equipped with a roller conveyor (not shown in drawing) and a winch (also not shown in drawing), raises the roller conveyor to bear the ceiling boards P<SB POS="POST">2</SB>, ..., making them movable in the direction x, and uses the winch to shift the ceiling boards P<SB POS="POST">2</SB>, ... in the direction x. Repeating the unloading with the forklift 3 and the shifting of the ceiling boards with the winch can unload all the ceiling boards P<SB POS="POST">1</SB>, ... from the trailer 1, enabling simplification of the work and shortening the working time. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
